“Music began a little later for me than it does for most people who pursue it. I went to college to study golf. Yeah, study golf, it's a thing. Little did I know, the same guy that recruited me for golf, would be putting a guitar in my hands a semester later and saying, "Take this home, learn how to play it." That's exactly what I did and I was addicted. A few months later, that same guy had me sing in front of an audience. I was beyond nervous, forgot the words, and it was a mess, but I couldn't wait to come back and prove myself. It fueled me, and sparked a new journey.
